When you visit this website, technically necessary connection and access information is processed. This may include: IP address; date and time; pages or resources accessed; HTTP status code; transferred data volume; referrer information provided by the browser; and details of the browser, operating system and device.
This processing is used to operate the website safely and reliably, analyse technical faults, and detect and prevent misuse and attacks. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functioning website.
According to our current technical configuration, the initial HTTP response from this website does not set a cookie. Individual functions may nevertheless use local browser storage.
In particular, our Zammad support chat uses browser sessionStorage to manage the current chat session and content not yet submitted. sessionStorage is generally limited to the respective browser session.
We operate our Zammad support and service desk at supportdesk.formigacrew.com. The chat module’s JavaScript is currently loaded when visitors access our website. It uses a WebSocket connection and may use browser sessionStorage.
When you use chat or the service desk, the following data may be processed: technical connection information; session and communication information; name and contact details; the content of your enquiry; and additional information you provide voluntarily.
We process this information to handle enquiries and provide support and customer communication. Where an enquiry concerns an existing or prospective contract, processing may be necessary to take pre-contractual steps or perform the contract.
We provide a link to our own FormigaCrew workspace at workspace.formigacrew.cloud for appointment bookings. The booking system is not embedded as third-party content on this website. A connection to the workspace is established only when you deliberately open the booking link.
Information you enter there is processed to organise, prepare and conduct the requested appointment.
Our website contains links to external offerings, currently including Google Maps for location information and the Check Point Threat Map as an external source of information.
These offerings are not embedded in the website. A connection to the relevant provider is established only when you open its link. From that point, the provider is responsible for its own data processing.
If you contact us by email, telephone, service desk, chat or another available communication channel, we process the information you send to handle your request. This may include contact details, messages, company affiliation and other information provided voluntarily.
The applicable legal basis depends on the circumstances. It may include pre-contractual steps, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or a legitimate interest in orderly business communication.
Within FormigaCrew, access to personal data is limited to persons who need it for their tasks.
Where technical service providers are used for operation, hosting, communications or maintenance, they receive access only to the extent necessary for the service. Other disclosures take place only where a legal basis exists, they are required for contract performance or an applicable obligation requires them.
We do not sell personal data.
As a rule, we keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Legal, tax, commercial or contractual retention requirements may require longer storage.
Technical logs and security data are retained only as long as needed for operations, fault analysis and security. After the applicable retention period, data is deleted, anonymised or further processing is restricted unless another legal basis requires continued retention.
Depending on the applicable data protection law, you may have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent with effect for the future.
Please send data protection requests to privacy@formigacrew.com.
You may complain to the competent data protection supervisory authority. For FormigaCrew in Albania, this is in particular the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Albania.
Where the GDPR applies to specific processing, the rights to complain to a supervisory authority competent under the GDPR remain unaffected.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and misuse.
Our website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
